Juan Salvador Cruz Gutiérrez, co-founder and president of ACE. Juan is a trainer in youth mobility programs of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps and he is now devoted as a youth worker. He is coordinator of the training team of the Intermediate Evaluations of the ESC (European Solidarity Corps) in Spain together with the Spanish National Agency. Moreover, he is an excellent project writer and facilitator with innovative and fresh ideas. Regarding his academic background, he holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, specializing in electricity and industrial electronics.
PAULA DOÑA
Paula Doña Menacho, co-founder and vice president of ACE. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and a Master's Degree in Graphic Design and Web Development. Paula has participated in numerous international projects and forums, including the World Youth Forum in Egypt, and UNESCO's International Youth Forum in China. Upon the completion of her studies, she has worked as an artist and a graphic designer. In parallel, she is the IT Specialist of our organization!

GEORGIOS (JORGE) FLIGKOS
Georgios Fligkos, co-founder and project manager of ACE, has studied geology and geoenvironmental sciences. He has worked in the field of education in secondary schools and has practiced environmental education through non-formal activities. He is an inspiring mentor for ESC volunteers and an experienced workshop facilitator, working with universities and youngsters on topics such as Erasmus+ opportunities and Project Cycle Management.
EUGENIA PÉREZ
Eugenia Pérez Caro, co-founder and treasurer of ACE, is a social worker and a youth worker. She has worked for the last 15 years as a coordinator of local projects and activities for young children and teenagers. Furthermore, she served as a logistics coordinator for ESC projects, achieving 100% success in her personal projects. She has also been a mentor for ESC volunteers for the last 5 years.

JOSE JUAN TIMERMANS
José Juan Timermans Núñez, co-founder and secretary of ACE. He studied Law and International Relations at Loyola University (Seville). He is one of the 11 Young Panelists of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA) and he is also involved in the CPMR. He's currently working at the European Council of Foreign Affairs (ECFR). Moreover, he serves as the president of the Andalusian Youth Council (CJA) and JEF Andalucia.
